The contractual partner for booking service transportation and the use of the web portal is RedCoach Inc, 1777 McCoy road, Orlando, FL 32809, USA, hereandafter referred to as RedCoach.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING TICKETS. IF YOU OR ANY PASSENGER FOR WHOM YOU ARE PURCHASING TICKETS DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE TICKETS OR USE REDCOACH’S SERVICES. 

RedCoach Terms and Conditions

1- RedCoach’s Services. 

RedCoach, Inc. operates an online and “app” platform and related distribution channels through which it offers, markets, and sells passenger transportation tickets and brokers passenger transportation services to the general public. Passenger transportation services are provided by independent bus operators (“Operators”), which may include RedCoach, Inc.’s affiliate, RedCoach Nevada, LLC (collectively, “RedCoach” shall include both RedCoach, Inc. and RedCoach Nevada, LLC). 

2- Contractual Relationship.  

These Passenger Terms of Service (“Terms of Service”) apply to your and any passenger’s use of the RedCoach´s Inc website, purchase of tickets, goods or services through this website, and use of RedCoach and Operator passenger transportation services (collectively “Services”). By using the Services, each passenger accepts these Terms of Service and agrees to be legally bound by them. 

Passenger transportation services offered, marketed, and sold are operated by independent Operators. RedCoach will identify the Operator during the ticket-purchasing and booking processm or alternatively, prior to the bus departure. Operators may have different terms and conditions applicable to travel on buses they operate, which may be obtained directly from the Operator. In the event of a conflict between these Terms of Service and an Operator’s terms and conditions, the more restrictive terms and conditions shall control. 

3- Amendment to Terms of Service 

RedCoach may revise amend these Terms of Service from time to time, but may alert you to any changes by placing a notice on the Red Coach platform, by sending you an email and/or by some other means as may be required by applicable law. By accessing and using RedCoach’s Services, each passenger agrees to any changes to the Terms of Service. 

4- Travel Fares and Tickets 

4.1. In General 

Tickets are required for each passenger to travel and use RedCoach’s passenger transportation services. Each passenger is responsible for ensuring that their ticket accurately states their name and travel information. Tickets presented to RedCoach by an individual other than the passenger named on the ticket may render the ticket void. If a ticket is unused or the passenger misses their trip, RedCoach will not provide a refund or any compensation to the passenger. 

Tickets may not be transferred to another person. 

Tickets are non-refundable. 

4.2. Service and Processing Fees 

Service and processing fees may be updated from time to time. 

Tickets purchased online will have a $10 fee per each ticket. ($10 for one way and $20 for a round trip) 

Tickets purchased over the phone will have a $16.00 processing fee per ticket; tickets changed over the phone will have a $11.00 processing fee. 

Individual seat on first class buses will have a $5 if selected by passenger. 

In case of passenger cancellations or when a passenger reschedules a trip or service, processing fees will not be refunded. 

4.3. Special Fares/Ticket Prices 

RedCoach may offer special, exclusive, discounted, or limited fares from time to time. Such special fares/ticket prices are subject to availability, at RedCoach’s sole discretion. If a quoted fare/ticket price is no longer available upon final booking or any re-booking, the then current fare/ticket price will be presented. 

4.4. Erroneous Fares/Ticket Prices 

RedCoach will use reasonable efforts to ensure that all fares/ticket prices are accurate at the time of purchase. Except in special circumstances communicated to a passenger directly by RedCoach, RedCoach does not offer tickets for free or that are reasonably apparent as erroneous. If an erroneous fare is inadvertently advertised or presented to a passenger for sale and a ticket is issued, RedCoach may either: (1) cancel the ticket and refund the passenger for the purchase; or (2) reissue the ticket for the correct price, upon the passenger’s agreement to pay the correct price. 

4.5.Fraudulent Purchases 

RedCoach reserves the right to cancel, void, or revoke any ticket purchased through fraudulent means, including but not limited to: misuse of promotional codes or discounted fares, creation of multiple accounts to obtain promotional benefits, resale of discounted tickets, or any other conduct intended to circumvent RedCoach’s fare policies. Passengers found to have engaged in such conduct may be permanently banned from purchasing tickets or using RedCoach’s services, at RedCoach’s sole discretion. 

4.6. Prohibited Passengers  

RedCoach reserves the right to maintain a list of individuals who are prohibited from purchasing tickets or using RedCoach’s Services. Individuals may be added to this list based on: prior violation of these Terms of Service, conduct that posed a safety risk to passengers or personnel, abusive or threatening behavior toward RedCoach employees or other passengers, fraudulent activity, or any other conduct that RedCoach determines, in its sole discretion, warrants exclusion from its Services. RedCoach’s decision to prohibit any individual from its services is final. 

5. Changes and Cancellations  

5.1. Passenger Cancellations 

Any cancellation request must be made at least 3 hours before the scheduled departure of the service; it must be done online or via the RedCoach app by clicking on Manage Booking and cancel the ticket.  An e-voucher for the amount of the ticket will be automatically given to your RedCoach account to use on a future trip, valid for 6 months. All tickets are non-refundable. 

Changes must be requested online up to 3 hours before departing time by clicking on Manage booking; price difference may apply. You will be able to change the time and date of your ticket, but not your destinations. Price differences may apply to any changes. 

When requesting a cancellation within less than 3 hours of departure time, the passenger will not be eligible for an e-voucher, and will lose the ticket. 

Tickets purchased within the 3 hours before the trip cannot be changed nor cancelled. 

If a passenger requests a change for a lower price ticket, time or class, RedCoach will issue a voucher for the price difference that will be reflected under your RedCoach account. 

If prices increase or decrease after the purchase, we will not charge or refund the difference in price. 

Applicable discounts become invalid once the ticket is purchased. 

Purchased tickets cannot be transferred to another person. 

Extra Luggage purchase cannot be cancelled outside the booking reservation. 

5.2 RedCoach Cancellations 

In the event a trip is cancelled by RedCoach, RedCoach may offer passengers the option to either: (1) reschedule the trip at no cost; (2) refund the ticket purchase; or (3) arrange for alternative transportation pursuant to these Terms of Service. 

Any alternative transportation purchased by a passenger and not arranged by RedCoach is the passengers sole expense, and the passenger will not be compensated by RedCoach. 

Any delays that may require passengers to purchase their own alternative transportation is not considered a RedCoach cancellation. 

5.3. Force Majeure Delays, Changes, and Cancellations 

RedCoach will have no liability for any trip cancellation, delay, or schedule change due to any force majeure event, including but not limited to actual, threatened, or reported strikes, work stoppages, lockouts, or labor disputes, traffic delays, government regulation, demand or requirement, labor shortages, fuel shortages, weather events, war, civil unrest, terrorism,  pandemics or epidemics, acts of God, or any other condition beyond RedCoach’s control. 

6. Schedules and Operations 

6.1. In General 

RedCoach and/or Operators will exercise commercially reasonable efforts to transport passengers and their baggage according to scheduled departure and arrival times. In RedCoach or an Operator’s sole discretion, RedCoach may substitute motorcoach operators, drivers, change scheduled departure or arrival times, or delay or cancel trip

6.2.  Arrangement of Alternative Transportation 

In the event RedCoach cancels any trip, RedCoach may, in its sole discretion, arrange for alternative transportation for passengers to their destination. Such alternative transportation may be via rideshare service, taxi service, or similar transportation services. In such event, passengers may be required to agree to any third-party terms and conditions of travel required for accepting the alternative transportation. RedCoach is not responsible for any liability associated with any alternative transportation accepted by passengers.  

6.3. Identification 

Passengers must present a ticket to the bus driver when requested, in either printed format or on a mobile device, along with a form of government issued identification (if over 18 years of age). Each passenger’s identification must match the name on the ticket. If the Passenger does not have identification or a ticket matching the identification, RedCoach or the Operator reserves the right to refuse boarding. 

6.4. Arrival 

Passengers should arrive at the boarding location described on the ticket at least 20 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. Once a bus door closes for departure, no passenger will be allowed to board the bus. No passenger will be permitted to board if the departure location on the ticket does not match the actual pick up location of the passenger. RedCoach will use commercially reasonable efforts to communicate any delay or changes to scheduled trips. Any passenger’s failure to arrive in a timely manner may result in cancellation of the passenger’s ticket, without refund. 

6.5 Seating 

RedCoach and/or the Operator may provide reserved seating on select trips. 

RedCoach and/or the Operator may provide priority seating for individuals with disabilities pursuant to applicable ADA policies. 

6.6. Stops 

Buses only stop to pick-up or drop off passenger at designated locations. Passengers are not permitted to exit the bus at any non-designated location without bus driver direction. If a passenger exits a bus without authorization, the passenger waives any liability associated with passenger’s decision to exit the bus, including but not limited to missing subsequent departure of the bus. 

6.7. Responsibility for Delays 

RedCoach and Operators are not responsible for delayed flights, migrations, and/or non-airline factors. It is the passenger’s exclusive responsibility to timely arrive at the departure location. If the passenger misses the Service, they will lose the ticket and no refund or compensation will be provided. 

No compensation, refund, or voucher will be provided for a delay of less than an hour. For longer delays, passengers may file a claim for compensation for the passenger´s ticket costs. RedCoach may, in its sole discretion, provide passengers with compensation, depending on the situation, and the case will be analyzed and decided by RedCoach’s claims department. 

If a bus has been cancelled due to operational issues, or the schedule has changed for any reason, an email notification will be sent to passengers at the e-mail address provided at the time of ticket purchase. 

In case that a delay incident/issue, the passenger has until 5 business days after the trip to file a complaint. After that period, no claim will be filed for the case. 

7. Luggage 

7.1. In General 

Each passenger must ensure to clearly identify each piece of luggage with the passenger’s name and phone number.  

Each passenger can bring up to 2 luggage items and a carry-on small bag for free. Luggage items should not be over 50 pounds, and carry-on bag must be small enough to fit in the overhead compartment or under the seat.  

If a passenger has a connecting trip, the passenger is responsible for retrieving their luggage from one motorcoach and placing it in the connecting vehicle or ensuring that it is placed in the connecting vehicle by RedCoach or Operator personnel. 

7.2. Limitation of Liability 

Except as otherwise provided in these Terms of Service, RedCoach disclaims any liability for loss or damage to luggage, and for any injury caused by the luggage. 

In the case of loss or damage to checked-in luggage caused by RedCoach or an Operator’s negligence, liability for loss or damage to such luggage will be $250.00 per adult ticket, and $125.00 per child ticket.  

In the case of lost checked-in luggage, no claim will be considered by RedCoach until after a fifteen (15) business day search period. 

Lost baggage found by RedCoach or an Operator will be delivered to passenger at passenger’s expense. RedCoach will gladly assist you in arranging for delivery for lost baggage. 

8. Beverages, Food, and Personal Items 

  1. Beverages, Food, and Personal Items 

Passengers are permitted to bring food and non-alcoholic beverages on the motorcoach. Passengers must remove all refuse from any personal items brought aboard.  

Personal items, such as medication or money, may not be checked in with stored baggage and must be carried with the passenger at all times. 

Electronic devices, such as laptops, mobile phones, media players, or tablets should travel with the passengers and not checked in with your stored baggage. 

RedCoach and Operators have no liability for any items left unattended. 

Personal items or belongings brought inside the cabin by a passenger are the passenger’s exclusive responsibility, and RedCoach is not liable for any loss or damage to such personal items. 

If you lose a personal item in your seat, please report this as soon as possible. Once you provide a description, we will make the best effort to locate the item in the unit. If the search is successful, we will contact you to arrange the return of your property, at your cost. Lost and found items will be retained by RedCoach or Operators for a maximum of thirty (30) days, and if items are not claimed, RedCoach will have the right to  either destroy or donate them. 

9. Seatbelts; Seating 

When on a bus and while the bus is in motion, all passengers are required to sit in their seat with their seatbelt securely fastened, except when going to or from a restroom. Each passenger is solely responsible for ensuring that their seatbelt is properly fastened at all times. RedCoach and Operators are not liable for passenger movements away from their seat while the bus is in motion. 

10. Children and Minors 

Any passenger under the age of 18 is considered a minor. Children ages 15 and under are not allowed to board without an adult (i.e., who is at least 18 years of age). Minors over 16 years of age may travel alone. 

RedCoach and Operators do not provide supervision or special care of unaccompanied minors of ages 16 and 17. Those passengers travel at their own responsibility and the responsibility of their parents or guardian who permitted them to travel unaccompanied. RedCoach is not responsible for unaccompanied minors. 

All children 2 years of age or older must have a ticket.  

Children under the age of 2 may sit on an adult’s lap instead of using a seat. 

11. Refusal Transport 

RedCoach and Operators reserve the right to admission for transportation services. RedCoach and Operators reserve the right, in its sole discretion, to remove any passenger for breach of any of these Terms of Service or additionally if: (a) the passenger presents a threat to the safety or comfort of other passengers, themselves, or RedCoach personnel; (b) to prevent damage to RedCoach or Operator property (including the bus) or  personal property of other passengers; (c) if the passenger interferes with RedCoach personnel activities or instructions; (d) the passenger’s failure to comply with any applicable laws or regulations; or (e) any other reason that may disrupt Services and the well-being and safety of other passengers. 

12. Prohibited Items 

Passengers may not bring any dangerous, hazardous, or illegal items or substances onto a bus, including but not limited to: acids, ammunition, animals, combustible liquids, compressed gases, corpses, cremated remains, explosives, firearms of all types, fireworks, flammable liquids, furniture, hazardous materials, material with a disagreeable odor, matches, merchandise for sale, and unsecured articles including those in plastic or paper bags. 

13. No Smoking, Vaping, Drugs, Weapons or Alcohol 

Passengers may not smoke, vape, or use smokeless tobacco products or any other smokeless devices on any bus.  

Passengers may not bring any alcohol, illegal drugs, prescription medications without a prescription, or weapons onto a bus. 

14. Pets and Animals 

Animals are not permitted on trip, with the exception of service animals, which must meet the definition and requirements set by the Americans with Disability Act (ADA). 

15. Internet 

RedCoach or Operators will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide internet/WIFI access during the trip. However, internet service is not guaranteed by RedCoach, and RedCoach will not provide any compensation, voucher, or refund related to internet connectivity issues. 

16. Consent for Video and Audio Monitoring 

Buses may be equipped with video and audio recording equipment. Video and audio recordings are the property of RedCoach or Operators and may be viewed at any time by RedCoach where such videos are owned by RedCoach. Recordings may be made available to legal authorities pursuant to RedCoach’s policies. Acceptance of these Terms of Service and RedCoach’s Services constitute each passenger’s consent to being recorded. 

17. No Discrimination 

Seating aboard vehicles operated in interstate or foreign commerce is without regard to race, color, creed, or national origin. 

18. Passengers with Disabilities 

18.1 In General 

RedCoach is committed to serving passengers with disabilities in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). RedCoach will not refuse transportation to a Person with a Disability, as defined by the ADA, based on the passenger’s disability, except as allowed or required by applicable law because RedCoach or an Operator cannot provide reasonable accommodation to the passenger, or if such transportation poses a health or safety risk to the passenger or others. 

18.2 Request for Assistance 

If you have a disability and require special travel arrangements, please contact Red Coach at least 48 hours prior to departing time at:

In order for RedCoach or an Operator to try to accommodate a passenger’s disability, passengers are encouraged to contact RedCoach with as much advance notice as possible. 

Although some disabilities or needs may be obvious to the Operator and its personnel, passengers with a disability must also inform the driver or other personnel of their need for assistance at each departure location or location where the passenger may need assistance. 

If you have trouble with purchasing tickets due to a disability or have questions or concerns regarding RedCoach Services, please contact RedCoach for help. 

18.3 Priority Seating 

Priority seating is available for the elderly and passengers with disabilities. However, passengers with disabilities are not required to use priority seats. If priority seats are occupied by other passengers, the driver may ask the seated customer to move. 

18.4. Getting On and Off the Bus 

Drivers or other personnel will assist passengers with disabilities, and those traveling with wheelchairs or mobility scooters with boarding and disembarking a bus. 

18.5. Traveling with a Wheelchair, Mobility Scooter, Mobility Aids 

When booking a trip, each passenger that will be traveling with a wheelchair or mobility scooter must book a ticket for traveling with a wheelchair or mobility scooter. Wheelchairs and mobility aids are not considered extra luggage and will be transported without cost. 

Mobility aids such as canes and walkers can travel within the bus, but only if they can be safely stored. Mobility aids that cannot be safely stored in the bus will be placed in the baggage compartment if possible. 

18.6. Oxygen and Respirators 

Portable oxygen and respirators may accompany a passenger during a trip. A maximum of 4 canisters may travel with a passenger – 2 aboard the bus and 2 in the luggage compartment. The maximum dimension for each canister may not exceed 4.5 inches in diameter and 26 inches in length. Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have enough oxygen to complete their travel and are responsible for refills while enroute. Oxygen canisters stored in the luggage compartment must be in protective cases with safety caps on the valves.  

19. Indemnity by Passenger 

Each passenger agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RedCoach from and against any and all claims, loss, costs, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of: (a) any violation of these Terms of Service; (b) the passenger’s negligent acts or omissions; or (c) any conduct or action engaged in by the passenger which is unlawful, illegal, or violates the rights of any individual. 

20. Claims and Liability 

20.1. Limitations 

RedCoach and Operators will not be liable for any consequential, compensatory, indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the RedCoach Services, including arising out of delays or cancellations. This limitation includes damages for missed airline flights, hotel accommodation, or any other travel expenses incurred by a passenger. 

20.2. Damages not caused by RedCoach Conduct 

Except for damages caused by RedCoach negligence, RedCoach will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by: (1) Passenger acts or omissions; (2) Passenger luggage or personal property; (3) any Force Majure event; or (4) accidents, breakdowns, or other events or conditions beyond RedCoach’s control. 

Further, as a seller of passenger transportation tickets and broker of passenger transportation services, RedCoach, Inc. is not an operator of transportation services and is not responsible for the acts or omissions of any Operator. Accordingly, RedCoach, Inc. shall not be liable or responsible for any claim for damages, personal injury, death of a passenger, or any other acts related to the operation of buses. 

20.3 Claims 

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in these Terms of Service, passenger waives the right to make any claim for damages, personal injury, or death against RedCoach or an Operator unless written notice of such claim is received by RedCoach or an Operator within ninety (90) days after the event giving rise to the claim. Unless otherwise prohibited by applicable law, no legal action or claim may be maintained against RedCoach or an Operator unless commenced within one (1) year of RedCoach or an Operator’s written denial of a claim, in whole or in part. 

20.4. Acknowledgement and Assumption of Risk 

20.4.1. Boarding and Exiting 

Unless a passenger notifies RedCoach or an Operator of a disability pursuant to RedCoach’s ADA policies, each passenger using RedCoach Services acknowledges that, at the time of travel, they are physically capable of boarding, riding, and exiting the bus using available steps and handrails, without physical assistance. 

20.4.2. Assumption of Inherent and Ordinary Risks 

Each passenger understands that boarding, riding, standing, walking within, and exiting a motorcoach involves inherent and ordinary risks, that may exist even when reasonable care is exercised, including but not limited to:  

  • Loss of balance 
  • Missteps or uneven footing 
  • Normal vehicle movement, braking, or stopping 
  • Variations in curb height, pavement, or terminal surfaces 

Passengers knowingly and voluntarily accept responsibility for any injuries arising from these inherent and ordinary risks to the extent permitted by applicable law. 

20.4.3. Use of Safety Features and Following Directions 

Each passenger agrees to: 

  • Use available handrails, steps, and safety features 
  • Maintain three points of contact (two hands and one foot, or two fee and one hand) when using steps 
  • Remain seated when required 
  • Follow posted warnings, driver announcements, and safety instructions 

20.4.4. Assistance Policy 

Each passenger understands that: 

  • Drivers and personnel do not automatically provide passengers with physical assistance, except when the passenger has notified RedCoach of a disability pursuant to RedCoach’s ADA policies. 
  • Physical assistance may be provided in a driver or personnel’s sole discretion and only when reasonably and safely feasible. 
  • Passengers may travel alone if they can travel independently and do not require personal assistance such as using the restroom or taking medication; RedCoach cannot provide this type of personal assistance. If such personal assistance is needed, you should bring a personal care assistant with you. 
  • Drivers may assist passengers with their personal items so they can safely board or exit a bus. If you need assistance with your personal items, please notify the driver. 

20.4.5. Limitation of Liability 

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, each passenger agrees that RedCoach, its Operators, their drivers, employees, and agents are not responsible for injuries caused by or resulting from: 

  • A passenger’s failure to use available safety features. 
  • A passenger’s request for physical assistance from a driver or other personnel. 
  • A passenger’s failure to follow safety instructions or warning. 

This limitation of liability does not apply to conduct that applicable law does not permit to be limited or allocated by agreement. 

20.4.6. No Medical Representation 

Each passenger acknowledges that RedCoach and Operators: 

  • Do not evaluate or assess any passenger’s medical condition, balance, strength, or mobility. 
  • Rely entirely on each passenger’s representation regarding their ability to travel safely. 
  • Are not providing medical advice or assistance. 

21. Class Action Waiver 

Passengers agree to waive any right to assert any claim against RedCoach AND OPERATORS as a representative or member in any class or representative action. 

22. Governing Law and Venue 

These Terms of Service and any claim arising out of these Terms of Service or RedCoach’s Services will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to conflict of law principles, except to the extent preempted by United States Federal law. Any claim or dispute arising from these Terms of Service or RedCoach’s Services will be resolved in state or federal courts in Florida. IN THE EVENT ANY DISPUTE UNDER THESE TERMS OF SERVICE OR REDCOACH’S SERVICES PROCEED IN A COURT OF LAW, PASSENGER AND REDCOACH IRREVOCABLY WAIVE THEIR RIGHTS TO A TRIAL BY JURY.

23.  Privacy Policy 

 RedCoach’s Privacy Policy describes how we handle your personal information when you use the Services. This Privacy Policy is part of and is incorporated into these Terms of Service.

Privacy Policy

Information that is gathered from prospective passengers and repeat ticket purchasers of RedCoachUSA.com are stored on a secure, encrypted server as log files. The log files are stored on the web server saving details such as the visitor’s IP address, browser type, referring page, and time of visit.

Cookies may be used to remember visitor preferences when interacting with the website. Cookies are small digital signature files that are stored by your web browser that allow your preferences to be recorded when visiting the website. Also they may be used to track your return visits to the website.

Where registration is required, the visitor’s email and a username will be stored on the server. The information is used to enhance the visitor’s experience when using the website to display personalized content and possibly advertising to make RedCoach passenger ticket sales easier and more efficient. A survey may also be sent to improve the service.

E-mail addresses will not be sold, rented or leased to third-party companies.

E-mails may be sent to inform you of our services or offers during different seasons, holidays and student travel cycles.

If you have subscribed to one of our services, you may unsubscribe by following the instructions, which are included in an e-mail that you receive.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.

You may be able to block cookies via your browser settings, but this may prevent you from accessing certain features of the website.

Third-party advertising companies may also use cookies for tracking purposes.

Google’s use of the DART cookie enables it to serve ads to visitors based on their visit to sites they visit on the Internet. Website visitors may opt out of the use of the DART cookie by visiting the Google ad and content network privacy policy.
