How can I change and/or cancel my ticket?

Changing or canceling your ticket is very easy! You can do it up to 3 hours before your departure from our Manage Booking page.

The steps are simple:

• Enter your booking number and email to find your trip.
• Select the action you wish to apply to your booking (such as change, cancellation, or other options).
• If you’re changing your ticket, choose the new ticket and, if necessary, pay the additional amount. If you’re canceling, you will receive a voucher that can be used for future bookings.
