How many types of vouchers there are?

We offer 3 types of vouchers:

• Cancellation Voucher: If you cancel your ticket up to 3 hours before departure, you will receive a cancellation voucher for the value of your ticket.
• Compensation Voucher: You may receive a compensation voucher after a trip due to an issue or delay.
• Loyalty Voucher: These vouchers are earned through our Loyalty Program. Every 100 points accumulated are converted into a voucher that can be used for future purchases.
