We’ve updated our terms and conditions. These updates are applicable to any purchase, or change, made on, or after, December 28, 2017 at 12:01 a.m. Please read them carefully before making your purchase. 
WEB FARE
  • Cannot be transferred to another person.
  • Cancelations must be requested at least 3 hours prior to the scheduled departure time in order to be eligible for a refund. A 50% service fee and other conditions may apply.
  • When requesting a cancellation within less than 3 hours of departure time, the rider will not be eligible for a refund or credit, and will lose the ticket.
  • Changes must be requested up to 3 hours prior to the scheduled departure. A 50% service fee + price difference will apply.
  • Eligible for RedRider points, if registered with the program.
  • Can be combined with other discounts and/or promotions.
STANDARD FARE
  • Cannot be transferred to another person.
  • Cancellations must be requested 3 hours prior to the scheduled departure time to be eligible for a refund. A 30% service fee and conditions may apply.
  • When requesting a cancellation within less than 3 hours of departure time, the rider will not be eligible for a refund or credit, and will lose the ticket.

FLEXIBLE FARE
  • Cannot be transferred to another person.
  • Cancellations can be requested up to 3 hours prior to the scheduled departure. No service fee applies.
  • When requesting a cancellation within less than 3 hours of departure time, the rider will not be eligible for a refund or credit, and will lose the ticket.
  • Changes must be requested up to 3 hours prior to the scheduled departure. If the ticket is changed, price difference may apply.
  • Eligible for RedRider points, if registered with the program.
  • Can be combined with other discounts and/or promotions.
