Travel Specials Terms & Conditions:

General
RedCoach Travel Specials ("Travel Specials") is a vacation package service offered by Travelynx of Brevard County, Inc ("Travelynx"). Bus transportation is supplied by RedCoach; whereas, hotels and shuttles are supplied directly to the consumer by independent companies, referred to herein as "Travel Suppliers" who are not agents, employees, or subcontractors of RedCoach and RedCoach is not responsible for their acts or omissions.

By booking a Travel Specials vacation package, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, and you are at least eighteen (18) years of age. Children 13 years and Younger may not travel alone and must be accompanied by an adult 18 years or older on the same package. Travelynx reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time and without notice to you. Please visit this site periodically to learn of any changes.

ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS WILL APPLY TO THE TRAVEL SUPPLIERS (HOTEL, SHUTTLE) WITH WHICH YOU ELECT TO DEAL.


Payment/Purchase
Advertised package prices includes taxes and fees applicable. All prices quoted are in US Dollars ($) . All prices and rates are subject to availability.

Change/Cancellation Policy
IN ADDITION TO THE TERMS HEREIN, EACH TRAVEL SUPPLIER HAS SPECIFIC CHANGE POLICIES; SEE THEIR WEBSITES FOR DETAILS. Those terms are expressly incorporated herein. Changes and cancellations can only be made by calling 1-800-4REDCOACH (733 26224). If changes/cancellations are not made, then all money for the package is forfeited. A $30 fee applies per person for changes, plus any increase in the package price. Name changes are not permitted. A change in the number of occupants per room may change the price of the package. A $30 fee applies per person for cancellations, and any remaining amount may be applied to a future Travel Specials vacation package and is valid for one year from the date of cancellation. Travel Specials vacation credits may not be used for bus-only travel on RedCoach. Refunds will not be given for cancellations.

Unused package components may not be exchanged, transferred or refunded.


Bus Travel
It is your responsibility to verify your schedule information and follow RedCoach's recommended check-in times, ( 30 min before the departure). Failure to do so may result in the loss of your seat to another passenger and/or denied boarding.


Hotel
Hotel connections and transfers, parking fees, meals, shows, tours, tips, energy surcharges, telephone surcharges, telephone calls, liquor, room service, laundry, incidentals, or other items of a personal nature not otherwise specified in the quoted rate are not included as part of the Travel Specials package.

Travelynx is not responsible for requests for special hotel accommodations, although at the time of reservation/booking, you may request special accommodation, including roll-a-way beds, cribs, and non-smoking rooms. Disabled guest facilities may be limited and are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed by Travelynx. Any additional fees required by the hotel for special requests must be paid directly to the hotel.

A major credit card, cash deposit and photo identification may be required upon check-in at the hotel. Additional hotel check-in restrictions may apply including age restrictions, and are subject to the terms and conditions of the hotel with which you elect to deal.


Substitutions
Travelynx may seek arrangements for substitute comparable hotel accommodations and shuttle choices, if necessary, due to circumstances beyond the control of Travelynx.


Responsibility and Limitation of Liability
Travelynx shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, special, or other consequential damages, whether stated in contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise, arising out of (a) the acts or omissions of any Travel Supplier or person or company rendering services in connection with Travel Specials vacation package service; (b) any failure or delay or performance by any Travel Supplier; (c) any failure or delay arising out of use of this website, including, error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in transmission, or computer virus; (d) any failure or delay arising out of use of Travel Suppliers' websites. Travelynx is a vacation package service provider acting as an intermediary/broker and is only responsible for providing services of facilitating the booking of and payment for the vacation package accommodations and services you have selected. Travelynx is not responsible for errors or omissions in any printed or online material. Travelynx is not the agent of the Travel Suppliers or any consumer for any purpose. Travelynx disclaims each and every fiduciary and other duty that could potentially arise under contract, a course of dealing, or otherwise and be owed to the Travel Suppliers or any consumer. Travelynx does not acquire any ownership, right of use, resale or other rights with respect to vacation package accommodations and services. Travelynx shall negotiate, book, and pay for vacation package accommodations and services only in the name of, on behalf of, and using the funds of third-party consumers.


Disclaimer of Warranty
Travelynx makes no warranty of any kind regarding this site or any of the products and services provided. All products and services provided by Travelynx are provided "as is" and Travelynx disclaims any representation or warranty.


Force Majeure
Travelynx shall not be liable for damages for any delay or default in performing hereunder if such delay or default is caused by conditions beyond its control or the control of any Travel Supplier with which you have elected to deal including, but not limited to, weather conditions, acts of God, force majeure, strikes, civil commotions, embargoes, and wars or other hostilities, whether actual, threatened or reported, and/or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of Travelynx or any of the Travel Suppliers.
