Easy ways to purchase a Red Coach ticket.


All passengers must have a valid ID to board the bus. Any discount applied such as senior, student, and/or other discount will be double checked regarding that ID. A $ 100 penalty fee will be applied to those who don't apply for the category that the discount requires.
 
Buy Tickets Online.

Online is the fastest and easiest way to purchase your ticket. You may view our schedules and ticket prices simply by clicking a button. Once purchased, tickets will be sent to you by e-mail, printed directly from your computer, or picked up from will call at the terminal. If you choose to pick up your ticket at the terminal, you must have the credit card used for the purchase.

Buy tickets over the phone.

Buying tickets over the phone: Calling our toll free number (1.877.733.0724) will connect you with one of our friendly customer service representatives who will be happy to assist you in purchasing a ticket using a credit card.

Buy tickets in person.

Buying tickets in person: Tickets can also be purchased at any Red Coach agency, or terminal, using cash, traveler's checks or major credit cards (not all locations accept this type of payment).

Important!

Please note that Florida Express Bus is not an authorized seller or reseller of Red Coach tickets despite their claims to the contrary. They own no buses, they have no offices, and have no authorization from us to sell our tickets. The only place to purchase the lowest priced Red Coach tickets for your travel is on our web site. Unlike Florida Express Bus, we own all of our buses and we have established offices with customer representatives to assist you.

  Buy Tickets for Someone Else

Through any of our various purchasing options, you can purchase a RedCoach to someone else. This ticket can either be sent to the other person by e-mail or delivered to the departure bus terminal if the following criterion is met:

  1. The ticket is non-refundable.
  2. There should be at least a three hour time gap between time of purchase and time of travel.
  3. Appropriate identification is required to retrieve ticket and to travel. 4. Only the purchaser can cancel the ticket.
 International Customers

Purchases made from outside of the United States can be done using a credit card through any of the above mention methods. They can also be purchased at any Red Coach terminal upon arrival to the United States.   Children Traveling
Children traveling alone.

Children under the age of 8 must be traveling with someone 15 years of age or older, and stay with this person at all times. Passengers between the ages of 8 and 14 are allowed to travel unaccompanied, following these suggestions.

  1. There are no transfer necessaries for the desired trip.
  2. The trip is no longer than 10 hours.
  3. The trip must take place during daylight hours, no over night trips allowed.
  4. RedCoach requires in all cases, the name of the person picking up the child at the destination must be specified when purchasing the ticket, and a valid picture ID is required in order for the child to be released. If any of the above requirements are not met by the child traveling alone, then he or she must travel with a person 15 years of age or older.

Tickets for unaccompanied children are sold by phone and require the information mentioned above.

Child Safety Seats

Child safety seats are more than welcome on RedCoach vehicles, we understand that your child's safety is of utmost importance to you, and it is to us as well. The seat price must be purchased at children fare price, and you should ensure the child seat is approved for use in a motor vehicle, and used in accordance with manufacturer's guidelines.
It is your responsibility to attach the child safety seat to the vehicle seat by strapping, or what ever mechanism necessary, and to assure the lap and/or shoulder belt/harness is working properly and correctly placed.
A full child fare will be charged for children using special seats.

  Baggage Information

Traveling with RedCoach allows you to transport your bags at no extra cost. We understand that when you travel, there are certain belongings that travel with you. Those who need extra help handling their luggage, such as elderly passengers, or travelers with disabilities will be granted all the assistance they require. Make sure to have proper identification on all your bags. If you have a connecting trip, you are responsible for retrieving your bag from one Motor Coach and placing it in the next one.

Baggage Restrictions

Passenger may check in two luggage and one carry-on for three. The carry –on must be able to fit in the over head compartment or under your seat. The luggage may not weight more than 50lbs each. If the weight is over 50 lbs there is a $ 25.00 fee.
A $ 25.00 fee will be charge to any aditional baggage under 50lbs.
Packaging only exceptions to the following items: bicycles, skis and ski poles must be packed in wood, canvas or other substantial container, and securely fastened; towing equipment must be enclosed in rigid containers or wrapped in a strong material such as canvas and securely strapped or tied. Towing equipment is limited to 100 pounds actual weight; these items are not exempt from oversize charges.

Permissible Baggage

Permissible Baggage includes, but is not limited to suitcases, duffel bags, tool boxes, and securely wrapped cardboard boxes. Loose items and bags do not meet the requirements for check in baggage, how ever RedCoach offers alternative packing solutions for an extra charge.
Prohibited items to check in include acids, ammunition, animals, combustible liquids, compressed gases, corpses, cremated remains, explosives, firearms of all types, fireworks, flammable liquids, furniture, hazardous materials, material with disagreeable odor, matches, merchandise for sale, protruding articles, or any other unsecured articles including those in plastic or paper bags are prohibited. Personal items such as medication or money may not be checked in with your bags, and must be carried with the passenger at all times.
Electronic items such as iPods, cell phones and laptops may travel with the passenger on board and should not be check in.

Lost Luggage

RedCoach acknowledges a total of $250.00 per adult tickets, and $125.00 per child ticket in baggage liability, with regards to those bags that fit with in our weight and size regulations. RedCoach will accept a maximum liability of $100 for baggage that exceeds said limits, and is not responsible for their loss or damage. Additionally, liability only applies to those bags lost or damaged which were checked in. RedCoach is not liable for bags that were not checked in.
Travelers may purchase declared value for items checked as overweight, oversized and or excess baggage up to a maximum of $300.00 per transaction.
Lost or delayed baggage will not be delivered outside of the United States. We will gladly assist you in arranging for delivery outside of the United States for an extra charge. Please don´t hesitate on sending an email to customerservice@redcoachusa.com

  Refunds and Exchanges

RedCoach refunds do not apply to the following circumstances:

  • Unused Tickets, if you miss your trip.
  • Changes of Fare prices: If you purchased your ticket at a certain price, and learn it might have decreased after purchase, RedCoach is not liable to supply the differences. Trip fares may vary slightly according to circumstances.
  • Applicable discounts become invalid once the ticket is purchased.
  • Tickets may be changed for another date and time; however, 30% fee of the value of ticket purchased will be applied (up to 24 hours before departure of the bus). If your new trip has a different price you must also pay the fare difference.
  • Tickets purchased within 24hs before the departure are not refundable.
  • Changes and refunds will be made only through refunds@redcoachusa.com.
  • All cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance of the departure time to be eligable for a refund. (A 30% service charge will be applied.)

Are RedCoach tickets refundable?

There is a strict No Refund policy but you may be eligible for a credit for future use.

Can I receive a refund for a partially completed trip?

NO. If you need to change your ticket for a later date, a 30% fee of the value of ticket purchased will be applied (up to 24 hours before departure of the bus). If your new trip has a different price you must also pay the fare difference Credits cannot be issued if cancelled on day of travel.

If the bus arrives late, may I apply for a refund?

No. RedCoach could not guarantee that every trip will depart on time, although we make full commitment to achieving this when possible. Due to traffic, weather or mechanical problems this may not be possible at all times.

If my RedCoach was late, and I missed my connecting flight due to the delay, am I entitled to a refund for my flight ticket?

RedCoach is not liable for trips missed using an alternative source of travel. However, we will gladly accommodate you in a RedCoach route where ever possible. Otherwise, we will try our best to facilitate your arrangement.
