"I decided to take you up on your Red Coach spot of the Miami trip. This past Saturday saw me and a buddy of mine cruisin' in a Red Coach to Miami.
From the moment we entered the lobby, I was impressed. It began with a phone call to Red Coach several days before. I spoke with Jessica the Front Office Manager and I felt at ease as she talk to me in a professional and personal manner.
When I made my reservation, Elaine took very good care of me and did not sound like she was robot like you get sometimes even in airports by ticket agents.
We arrived on Saturday morning to a very kind and smiley face belonging to Kirly, who was a very helpful clerk. Since this was my first time every going to Miami, she hooked me up with a shuttle service that Elaine and she were familiar with to assist us from the Miami International Airport to where ever we would like to go.
When we returned, at the counter was Elaine with a smile and a "So how was Miami?" greeting.
The seating on these buses were top notch. The leg comforters that extended from the seat in front of you were comfortable and the reclining of the seats just put me to sleep real quick.
I will for sure take another trip to Miami, and I will ride Red Coach. I would recommend them at any time. I hope that they will extend their routes."

Today I went to the RedCoach station. I was so excited. The bus was just as gorgeous in person as it is online. I loved the bus and the drivers made the bus rides fun and pleasureable with their kindness. Believe or not the driver is the key to a great bus ride experience.
I can't wait to go back to visit the RedCoach!
I was able to view the bus, recline, prop my legs, walk to the back of the bus and sit back down and imagin myself and other educators on the RedCoach.
I spoke to an educator today before I viewed the bus and I told her about the RedCoach and she was amazed. Her name is Ivonne. I told her I will forward her the link to the site. Also, early this morning I heard the advertisement on the radio and I was like way cool.

Thank you for providing transportation for my mom down to Miami this past weekend. I got to see the bus first hand. The bus is very roomy and elegant. My mom was very comfortable throughout her trip. My mom said this was the fastest she ever made it to Miami and back on bus.
